How many solar panels does my home need?

The answer to this question depends on a few different factors, such as the size of your home, your energy needs, and the amount of sunlight hitting your roof. Every household is different and will need a different number of panels based on how much energy you use.

What happens if I move?

According to Zillow, homes with solar on them sell for 4.1% more nationally. So, if you do end up moving, you will likely see a return on your investment. Alternatively, the new homebuyers would take over the system and enjoy the benefits of solar themselves. All of our solar systems are fully transferrable, including all warranties and guarantees.

What if I have a unique home or roof situation?

No problem! We have installed solar on all types of homes, from flat roofs to mansions. We have even installed solar on mobile homes and RVs. You can even do a ground mount system. We will work with you to find the best solution for your home.

What if something breaks on my system?

All of our systems come with a 25-year manufacturer warranty, and a 25-year roof penetration warranty, one of the longest in the industry. So if something does break, we will come out and fix it free of charge. Additionally, we offer a monitoring service that will allow us to see if anything is not working correctly and fix it before you even know there’s a problem.

What if there’s a power outage?

If you have a battery backup, your house will stay powered even if there’s a grid outage. Batteries are available for purchase as an add-on to your system. If you don’t have batteries, your solar system will stop to protect any linesmen doing repairs on the grid in your area. Once the grid is repaired, your system will automatically turn back on. You can add batteries to your system at any point and you do not have to do batteries at the same time as your solar install.

How much does it cost?

It costs less than your current electricity provider. If you can afford to pay your electricity bill, you can definitely afford to go solar! We have a variety of financing options available, so we can work with you to find the best option for your needs. We also offer a leasing program and also cash purchases.
